Pros: There are a few strong selling features in this emr. The price is, by far, the most important factor. I spent a year listening to emr presentations before opting on AC because we are a solitary practice. That happened in 2009. There were no emrs that could match AC's price while still providing the same features and support. I conduct training in other offices in our neighborhood that have air conditioning on occasion. In the previous five years, all of my feedback has been that these AC offices can do almost everything as well as people who paid 10 or 20 times more for an emr. Cons: If we contact customer service using their website's online chat, we usually get a response within minutes. However, I've never been able to get through to their customer service department.
