One Provider License permits one provider to perform all the clinical and nonclinical EHR tasks.   • Provider: Can sign/prepare chart notes and documents, schedule and upload documents, has access to e-prescribing medication orders, immunization registry system, messaging and integrated billing features, can approve or decline refill requests, can communicate with pharmacies, imaging centers and other establishments within the healthcare industry and has access to merit-based incentive payment system (MIPS), Meaningful Use and electronic clinical quality measures (eCQM) dashboards to participate in Practice Fusion’s Quality Payment and Medicaid Promoting Interoperability Program to receive value-based reimbursement/incentive payments.
  • Signing staff: Can schedule, upload, sign chart notes and documents and access messaging and integrated billing features.
  • Nonsigning staff: Can only access messaging and integrated billing features and other nonclinical tasks.

Practice Fusion doesn’t have monthly plans. It requires you to commit to its system for at least a year.
